Casino Marketing Course. Casino marketing courses show how to effectively promote casinos, particularly in conjunction with the restaurants, hotels and concert halls with which casinos are affiliated. Short Courses and Seminars. Gaming Management Program courses provide the best demonstrated practices used today, helping casino professionals keep pace in a dynamic and rapidly changing industry. Since its inception, the program has educated more than 9200 participants from every state and country in the world with regulated gaming operations. This course offers training and preparation for the following games: Blackjack, Baccarat, Poker Table Games and Pai-Gow Poker. This program is required by all casinos as this course subject will teach you the fundamentals of chip handling, rack management, payouts, player losses, game protection, proper card dealing techniques, customer service interaction scenarios and many other casino.

Casino Management Online Courses
You have options:
- Non-credit on campus workforce development trainings.
- Non-credit online classes through two nationally recognized providers.
- Credit courses on campus that can be part of a degree.
- Credit courses online that can be part of a degree.
We have also “bundled” several classes. This means by taking one of our Workforce Development classes, you may be able to obtain several skills that are recognized across several industries.

- STCC On-Campus Credit Courses - STCC is devoted to helping you achieve your goals. As the only Technical College of its kind in Massachusetts, we have a extensive selection of degree programs, degree options and certificate programs. Dealer Instruction: Focused on What Employers and Players Expect
Crescent's Casino Dealer Training programs provide up-to-the-minute, relevant instruction on all the latest gaming trends and techniques. What you learn is based on the primary skills employers want to see in the dealers they hire AND what players like to see in the dealers they interact with and tip on the casino floor.
With our “hands on” teaching methods, Crescent School graduates learn a complete understanding of the gaming business. In addition, they will be thoroughly conversant with the rules, techniques, systems, procedures, equipment, and theory in their choice of one (or all) of the following casino games: Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, Mini-Baccarat/Carnival Games, and Craps. The student’s skills and abilities will be developed to a point that qualifies them for employment, at an entry level position (or higher) in the exciting casino industry.
'On the Job' Training in our Simulated Casino
'On the job' training in our simulated casino will help you to increase your speed, coordination and confidence on the floor.

► 750-hour Comprehensive Dealing Program: With this option, you'll be trained in all of the most popular games available at casinos and on cruise ships worldwide, including, Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, Mini-Baccarat/Carnival Games, and Craps.
